Collective Action Against Zuni Transportation

On January 30, 2014, the FairLaw Firm filed a lawsuit against Zuni Transportation, Inc. and Handy Wash, Inc. d/b/a Independent Drivers Association. A copy of the Complaint can be found here.

The Plaintiff in the Zuni Transportation lawsuit claims that she and others who drove Zuni Transportation cars and vans were misclassified as independent contractors and deprived of overtime pay for the time they spent working over 40 hours in a workweek.
